Guests and customers are served under the glistening candles from the party tables. A row of lavish buffet dinner dishes are served with traditional Christmas specialties featuring the european style and especially the fresh seafood dishes prepared by the executive chefs such as “ballottine of turkey”, “crown roast of lamb”, “rabbit liver pâté”, “barbecue and broiled oysters” (French style), “grilled prawns with cheese”, “Mexican seafood”.
